At Nirmaanly AI ("we", "our", "us"), we prioritize absolute transparency and fairness in our billing. Generating applications using advanced Large Language Models requires incredibly high bandwidth, massive server load, and irreversible infrastructure computing costs. Our refund policy directly reflects the permanent nature of consumed compute limits.
114-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Unused Credits)
If you purchase a paid Pro or Starter plan (or standalone token package) and change your mind, we offer a completely hassle-free 14-day money-back guarantee strictly on untouched accounts.
If you have not generated a single application, refined an agent, deployed a website, or consumed any credits, simply contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full unconditional refund.
2No Refunds on Consumed Credits
Strict Policy
No refunds are provided under any circumstances once credits have been consumed. Generating code, running agents, unlocking premium templates, or spinning up edge deployments immediately incurs irreversible cloud computing costs on our servers.
Because our platform deals with stochastic AI generation, you might not always get the exact pixel-perfect design on your very first prompt. You agree that any credits used during the trial-and-error generation process, regardless of whether you are subjectively satisfied with the AI's final output, are permanently non-refundable. We provide transparent access to a Free Tier so you can gauge the AI's capabilities before purchasing a premium tier.
3Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Billing dashboard.
When you cancel, your account will not be billed for the subsequent billing cycle. However, you will retain full access to your remaining accumulated credits, Pro features, and active agents until the end of your current active billing cycle. We do not provide prorated or mid-cycle refunds for active subscriptions that are canceled before their renewal date.
4Platform Failures & Accidental Deductions
In the highly unlikely event that a severe platform error or server-side failure occurs mid-generation, causing a complete catastrophic loss of your prompt context AND an unwarranted deduction of your credits, please contact support.
Our engineering team will audit the internal generation logs. If a legitimate server-side fault (HTTP 500 equivalent) is confirmed during a credit transaction, we will manually restore and refund those specific lost credits directly to your Nirmaanly balance. This exception strictly applies to system crashes, and not to dissatisfaction with generated layouts or design flaws.
5How to Request an Eligible Refund
If you meet the "Unused Credits" criteria and are within the initial 14-day window period, please email our billing staff at support@nirmaanly.ai.
Provide your account email and invoice receipt. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and the credited amount may take several extra days to reflect in your banking statement depending on Razorpay / Stripe transaction times.
